Data integrity
- Another important advantage of the on-line applications is the data integrity.
- Many times, because of viruses or other causes, you can lose all the data from a classic system, including your appointments, customers, stocks, practically everything. With an on-line application, it is not the case, first of all, because your data is saved in backup files on a daily basis
- If something happens with your computer or you buy a new one, you don't need to transfer/install anything.
- In the past, for upgrades, modifications or other services you needed the presence of an analyst from the software company, with the e-planner, these latter can be performed rapidly, on-line, granting our costumers a maximum fluidity in the activity performance by eliminating lost time caused by travelling to your headquarters.
- With the help of the e-planner, you don't need to worry about saving your data periodically, about losing your data if you reinstall the operation system, about viruses, losing/theft of your computer, about breaking down of the hard disk.
- The security level of the application is the highest possible. The data of each application is kept in a unique data base, set up upon installing the application on the server.
- The access of the application to the data base is performed by means of a “log-in system”, with a password, unique for each application.
